  • Where do the families live that your serve?
  • Most families we serve live in the greater Cincinnati, Ohio area.
  • What kind of furniture do you accept and not accept?

  • When do you pickup?
  • We do pickups Monday through Friday 9am-4pm and some Saturdays.
  • How do you know what families need help?
  • We receive all of our referrals thru homeless shelters and social service agencies.
  • Where do you get your furniture?
  • From generous residential, commercial, and business donors as well as colleges, hotels, retirement homes, and more.

 
 
  • How can I get someone to pickup my items?
  • Just contact us to arrange a pickup date.
  • Does it cost to have you pick up our furniture?
  • Yes, we do ask for a $25 gas donation.
    If you have a few small items to donate you can instead call the office to schedule a time to drop them off at the warehouse.
  • What condition do the items need to be in?
  • We really hope that “Gently used” answers that. We do not accept items with stains, or tears in the fabric.
    We try to explain it like this:
    if it’s in good enough shape to give to a friend or family member, then it's what we are looking for.
    We strive to keep our clients dignity intact by giving them items of worth.
