Does it cost to have you pick up our furniture?

No, it does not cost you to have us pick up your furniture.  Many people do offer a small cash donation to offset some of our costs, but it's not required.

What condition do the items need to be in?

We really hope that  “Gently used” answers that.  We do not accept items with stains, or tears in the fabric.  We try to explain it like this:  if it’s in good enough shape to give to a friend or family member, then it's what we are looking for.  We strive to keep our clients dignity intact by giving them items of worth.  Thanks for understanding this.
